Preparation Method

Ingredients: Serves 6

¾ liter of milk, 75g of sugar, one 50g sachet of Imperial pudding powder

1. Place a little milk in a cup (10 tablespoons). Dissolve the powder in it and stir until all the lumps disappear.

2. Add the sugar to the remaining milk and bring to a boil.

3. Remove the pan from the heat and add the dissolved pudding powder while whisking. Let it cook for one more minute; continue whisking well.

4. Pour the pudding into bowls and let it cool.
